Is this class suitable for all levels?
Kailey does her best to ensure everybody can achieve a great workout. If you are unfit, new to Pilates, inflexible, have injuries or conditions, Kailey will offer you modifications that will allow you to keep moving with the class without feeling embarrassed.
Conversely if you are super fit and strong you will be offered an appropriately challenging session with a focus on refining your technique and learning to get the absolute best from your body.
We have regular attendees that range in age from 16 to 70.

Where can I park?
Street parking. We suggest arriving at 10:30am to allow time to find a park and set up your mat for a prompt 10:40am start.
How do I get Started?
Simply reserve your spot by leaving your name, number and email at this LINK. Kailey will confirm the date you would like to start The cost is $25 paid on the day, cash or card.
What to wear and bring?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you freedom to move. Go for comfort over style. We are all just here to move and feel good, no need to feel self conscious about what you’re wearing. :)
We do not wear shoes in Pilates. If you’d like to wear socks, or you prefer to keep your shoes on that’s totally fine.
Bringing a towel, water bottle and Mat is highly recommended. If you do not have your own mat, Kailey has spares that you can borrow. These mats are sterilised between uses.
